Yamada^® air-operated double diaphragm pumps are used to pump chemicals and acids in the manufacture of semiconductors and solar panels. Silicon wafer production utilizes many highly aggressive solvents and acids, where purity is of the utmost importance and cleanliness is critical.

Pump slurry during the wafer creation phase, as well as during the recycle stage (recover, recondition and reuse). Capable of handling abrasive slurries.

Wind Turbine Maintenance

The Yamada^® KPL-24 Electric Grease Lubricator can be used to re-fill existing pods on windmills during periodic maintenance or can be used directly to grease moving parts and bearing seals. A Yamada^® AODD Pump can be used to pump lubricants/oils through filters for cleaning and recovery.
