The patented air valve on all Yamada F-Series pumps never requires lubrication or pre-packing. Plus, it is easily accessible without disassembling the pumps.
To ensure maximum corrosion resistance, purity levels and low particle generatation, Yamada pumps feature diaphragms, liquid chambers and manifolds that are machined from 100% virgin PTFE.
Polypropylene and High Density Polyethylene are used in the air motor section (non-wetted) to ensure resistance in a corrosive environment.
All Yamada F-Series diaphragms are manufactured from 100% virgin PTFE. As a result, these diaphragms will last up to twice as long as those found in many competitve pumps. In addition, incorporating minimal shaft travel reduces pump pulsation.
Yamada F-Series pumps are manufactured, DI water tested, nitrogen purged, and double bagged under class 1000 clean room conditions according to stringent quality control standards and procedures.
Yamada offers five sizes of F-Series pumps for your applications with adjustable flow rates up to a maximum of 35 gallons per minute.
Yamada F-Series pumps are easily end-user maintainable and are backed with readily availalbe service and parts worldwide.
Air operation eliminates a potential source of ignition, so thee's no need to take additional preventative measures when pumping volatile or flammable liquids, or when using the pump in potentially hazardous environments.

Rugged, Bolted Construction
All Yamada pumps feature bolted construction, which eliminates leaks and simplifies post-maintenance reassembly. Bolted construction is superior to clamp band retainers, which frequently require frustrating, unnecessary leakage rebuilds from misalignment during reassembly.

Unique to the Yamada design is an individual modular pilot valve that actuates the air valve. It is depressed slightly by the inner center disk creating a pressure drop at one end of the air valve, allowing shifting to occur. It is maintenance free with no cumbersome snap rings or lubricated dynamic o-rings to replace or repair.
